• Rule 69L-22.006, Screening Process, Florida. The Department of Financial Services adopted this workers' compensation screening rule, effective September 2. It applies to insurers, self-insurers and claim administrators in the workers' compensation system.

• Kansas proposed regulations notice 82_InputNotice_20260910_20260930, Kansas. The Kansas Corporation Commission issued a notice announcing its intent to initiate the regulatory approval process for proposed amendments to pipeline safety rules (K.A.R. 82-11-3, 82-11-4, 82-11-10) covering the transportation of natural and other gas by pipeline, intended to adopt the most recent federal versions. Public comments are invited through the commission's portal.

• 3302-24-13 Relinquishment of license or teaching field., Ohio. The State Board of Education revised this rule governing voluntary relinquishment of teaching licenses or fields on September 10. It requires written, witnessed and notarized agreements, gives the superintendent authority to reject relinquishments made to avoid investigations, and makes relinquishments public records reported to employing districts.
